Riyadh-based construction technology company BRKZ has raised $31 million in new financing to expand its AI-driven procurement platform and strengthen its position across construction sourcing, logistics and payments.

The raise includes a $13 million Series B co-led by Wa’ed Ventures and 500 Global, with participation from BECO Capital and ANB Capital, alongside $18 million in growth debt from Stride Ventures. The debt forms part of a previously announced $30 million facility rather than a separate round.

The Series B remains open to additional strategic investors. BRKZ has now raised more than $70 million in equity and debt since launching in 2022.

Founded by Ibrahim Manna, BRKZ connects construction companies and manufacturers with local and international suppliers while combining sourcing, pricing, logistics and flexible payment options on one platform.

The company says it currently serves more than 1,500 construction firms and 150 manufacturers through a network of around 2,100 suppliers. Since launch, BRKZ has sold more than $133 million worth of materials and processed requests for quotations exceeding $1.37 billion.

Its platform is supported by a proprietary dataset containing around 38 million structured data points across more than 13,000 product records and 2,100 supplier profiles.

BRKZ has also developed an AI pricing engine trained on approximately 40,000 requests for quotations. The system forecasts buying and selling prices and recommends suppliers, with the company saying 84% to 89% of predictions fall within 5% of final prices.

Another AI tool, Nusa, automates bulk-cement delivery processing by reading delivery-note images sent through WhatsApp, matching them to orders and closing completed deliveries. BRKZ says the system currently handles around 75% of delivery notifications without human intervention.

The company plans to use the new financing to strengthen direct supply channels with China and India and develop embedded finance products that integrate financing and flexible payments directly into the procurement process.

BRKZ said revenue grew by around 2.5 times year on year in 2025 and is expected to triple in 2026. Its customers include contractors working on major Saudi developments such as The Red Sea Project, Diriyah, Qiddiya, ROSHN and King Salman Park.
