Egyptian Beauty Service Booking App Glamera Launches in Riyadh

Cairo-based beauty service application Glamera announces the official launch of their operations in KSA, starting with Riyadh. Glamera is Egypt’s first beauty service provider, allowing users to reserve a variety beauty services such as, beauty salons, beauty clinics, and other services like dental and nutritional clinics. In addition to more expansion throughout the GCC, the startup aims to develop their tech even more to include some innovative improvements that will soon be disclosed.

"The rapid growth of the application is a result of dealing with a very large market that accommodates the launch and our work to serve all users to preserve their time and always strive for their comfort,” says CEO of Glamera Mohamed Hassan in a statement sent to Startup Scene. “This step came through the rapid development of the application and our productive team as well as through the presence of investors who have the desire to expand in this industry."

Glamera was established in July 2019, with existing operations in Cairo and Alexandria with over 350 service providers. The startup recently scored funding to streamline their service, allowing them to secure over 80 service providers so far in Saudi Arabia’s capital, and serving over 70,000 users.
