Egyptian Startup Qme Raises $3M for AI-Powered Customer Solutions

The funding will drive Qme’s expansion into Gulf and African markets.

Qme, an Egyptian startup focused on delivering software solutions to the enterprise market in the Middle East, has secured a $3 million seed investment in a funding round led by AHOY and a group of Gulf investors.

The announcement was made at LEAP 2025 in Riyadh, where Qme signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at enhancing customer interaction management solutions. The investment will accelerate the company’s expansion into Gulf and African markets, with long-term plans for global growth.

Since its launch in 2023, Qme has specialised in AI-powered queue management and appointment booking systems, serving more than 100,000 customers across key sectors such as healthcare, banking and government.
