Endeavor Catalyst Closes $320 Million Fund V
Jordan’s Innovative Startups and SMEs Fund is among the lead LPs in the oversubscribed vehicle, which has already backed 30 companies.
Endeavor Catalyst, the US-based venture capital fund of Endeavor, has closed its fifth investment vehicle at $320 million, with Jordan’s Innovative Startups and SMEs Fund among the lead limited partners. The oversubscribed close brings Endeavor Catalyst’s assets under management to more than $850 million.
Fund V has already deployed over $55 million across 30 companies and is expected to invest another $25 million to $30 million during the remainder of 2026. The fund will continue Endeavor Catalyst’s co-investment strategy, backing high-growth companies alongside established venture capital and growth equity firms across international markets.
Jordan has become an increasingly significant part of that activity. Endeavor Catalyst has made nine investments in the country totalling around $10 million, including Replit, Tarjama, ZenHR, Tamatem Games, Eon Dental and Altibbi. Replit founders Amjad Masad and Haya Odeh were selected as Endeavor Entrepreneurs in May 2026, with the company becoming Jordan’s first unicorn selection and the 100th unicorn in Endeavor’s global network. Endeavor Catalyst also participated in Replit’s $400 million funding round, which valued the company at $9 billion.
Across its five funds, Endeavor Catalyst has backed 437 companies in 44 markets. Its portfolio includes 83 companies valued at $1 billion or more and 39 exits, while total deployed capital has surpassed $500 million across 469 investments including follow-on rounds. Latin America remains its largest region, although activity in Europe has accelerated, with 12 new investments made in the first half of 2026 compared with 14 during all of 2025.
