Morocco-Based Userguest Raises $2.4 Million in Seed Funding
Userguest secured $2.4 million seed funding to expand and innovate hotel tech, enhancing direct bookings through personalised messages in over thirty countries.
Moroccan startup Userguest, which specialises in helping hotels optimise their direct revenue, closed a €2.2 million ($2.4 million) seed funding round. The funding will accelerate the company’s expansion and product innovation.

Founded in 2018, Userguest uses personalised messages and intelligent incentives to help hotels increase direct bookings through their websites.
The seed round was led by Al Mada Ventures and supported by CDG Invest, Saviu Ventures, UM6P Ventures, Kalys VC, Plug & Play, and notable business angels, including Philippe Limes and Thane Kuhlman.
Operating in over 30 countries, Userguest has generated over $100 million in direct hotel revenue since 2019. With this new funding, the company aims to strengthen its sales team and introduce new features that further solidify its position as a leader in hotel tech.
