Saudi AI Workspace Platform Workey Raises Strategic Round From Falak
With the new funding, Workey plans to introduce AI-driven features that enhance discovery, booking, and vendor selection.
Saudi Arabia’s Workey, a platform for business solutions and modern workspaces, has closed a strategic investment round with Falak Investment Hub. The partnership will accelerate the rollout of Workey’s first official version and expand its capabilities to serve investors and entrepreneurs seeking flexible, technology-driven environments.
The investment is positioned to strengthen Workey’s product roadmap and market coverage across key Saudi cities. The platform currently enables smart digital bookings across more than 200 locations, offering access to private and shared offices, meeting rooms, and event spaces. It also connects users with verified business service providers, simplifying setup, operations, and compliance.
With the new funding, Workey plans to introduce AI-driven features that enhance discovery, booking, and vendor selection. These tools aim to personalize workspace recommendations and automate operational tasks for startups and corporates alike.
Falak Investment Hub described the deal as part of its strategy to back local solutions aligned with Saudi Arabia’s broader digital transformation agenda. By combining flexible infrastructure with data intelligence, Workey’s integrated model reflects the Kingdom’s shift toward smarter, connected, and productivity-focused workplaces.
