Cipher, a Saudi-based cybersecurity company, has raised $13.3 million part of its pre-IPO funding round. The investment was made by Impact 46, a Saudi venture capital firm, which aims to support Cipher’s growth and technological innovations on both the local and global levels.
Cipher specializes in cybersecurity services, offering a wide range of solutions, including risk assessments, penetration testing, security awareness training, threat detection, incident response, and business continuity services to ensure organizational resilience against cyber threats.
Founded in December 2018, Impact 46 focuses on managing alternative investments in Saudi Arabia, particularly in emerging tech companies across the Kingdom and the Middle East. Impact 46 invests at various stages, from Seed to pre-Series A, and continues to support companies as they grow with follow-up investments in Series A and beyond.
