Saudi Startup Routech Express Raises $1M to Scale Shipping Platform
Saudi logistics startup secures $1 million pre-seed round to expand digital multi-carrier platform.
Saudi-based logistics startup Routech Express has raised $1 million in a pre-seed round led by Qewam Fund, with participation from a group of angel investors, as it looks to expand its digital shipping platform across the Kingdom and into regional markets.
Founded in 2024 by Jehad Al-Dawood, Routech Express provides a single interface for businesses and individuals managing multiple carriers. The platform allows users to compare shipping rates, book deliveries, process payments and track shipments within one system, aiming to reduce operational complexity and improve delivery visibility as e-commerce activity increases across the region.
The company said the new capital will support the scaling of operations in Saudi Arabia and the development of additional product capabilities. Plans include strengthening integrations with shipping partners and accelerating technical enhancements designed to improve reliability, processing speed and service coverage.
Routech Express’s roadmap focuses on deeper system integrations that enable users to manage multiple carriers through a unified workflow, reducing fragmentation in logistics operations. The expansion comes amid continued growth in Saudi Arabia’s e-commerce sector, which is driving demand for faster, more transparent and flexible delivery solutions.
