Solidrange Raises $2.4M in Seed Funding to Scale AI-Led Compliance

Riyadh-based cybersecurity startup Solidrange has raised $2.4 million in a Seed funding round led by Sharaka Capital, with participation from Sadu Capital, SEEDRA Ventures and Tali Ventures, the investment arm of stc.

Founded in 2023 by Jamal M. Labani, Solidrange develops artificial intelligence-powered tools focused on governance, risk and compliance automation, alongside human-centric cybersecurity defence systems. The company currently serves more than 50 enterprise customers across government and public and private sector organisations in Saudi Arabia.

Solidrange’s product suite centres on two platforms. EasyCompliance is a governance, risk and compliance automation system designed to streamline regulatory processes and reduce operational complexity. Awareness10 is an AI-powered cybersecurity awareness platform that combines interactive training modules with phishing simulations to measure employee readiness and deliver targeted mitigation programmes.

The company said the funding will support regional expansion, product and technical development, and deeper AI integration across its platforms. Solidrange positions its offerings as aligned with Saudi Arabia’s national cybersecurity priorities and Vision 2030 objectives, particularly as demand grows for locally developed, regulation-ready cybersecurity infrastructure across the GCC.

Sharaka Capital stated that the investment reflects confidence in Solidrange’s execution and its focus on enterprise-grade platforms addressing governance, compliance and cyber awareness challenges. Solidrange added that it aims to modernise GRC practices through Saudi-built systems that meet international standards while strengthening organisational resilience against evolving cyber threats.
