Dubai-based proptech startup Huspy has acquired Italian credit company Integra Finance as it launches in Italy with a planned $86 million investment.

The move marks Huspy’s entry into its fourth market, following expansion across the UAE, Spain and Saudi Arabia, and forms part of its plan to build an AI-driven homebuying and mortgage platform across Europe and the Middle East.

Founded in 2020, Huspy now operates in 15 cities, providing technology and support to real estate agents and mortgage consultants. Its European expansion began with Spain in 2022.

Integra Finance, also founded in 2020, operates across both consumer and business lending, with more than 160 advisors and over 50 banking, financial and insurance partners. Its services include mortgages, personal loans, salary- and pension-backed loans, corporate financing and insurance through subsidiary Bicher.

Huspy said it plans to combine Integra’s local network and market presence with its own AI-based systems to expand mortgage and real estate services in Italy.

The acquisition is Huspy’s fifth in the credit intermediation sector. Previous deals include Home Matters in the UAE in 2021 and Mortgage Direct in Spain in 2023.

The company plans to focus on the Italian market through 2026 and 2027 while continuing to expand across Europe and MENA and strengthen its operations in Spain, the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
