Vennre Raises $9.6M to Expand Private Markets Platform
The Saudi-UK wealth platform will use the funding to scale across MENA and add new features.
Saudi-UK-based wealth creation platform Vennre has raised $9.6 million in a pre-Series A round combining equity and debt, as it looks to expand its private markets offering across the Middle East and North Africa. The round was co-led by Vision Ventures and anb seed Fund, with participation from Sanabil 500, Ace & Co, Plus VC and a group of angel investors.
Founded in 2021, Vennre focuses on giving high-earning professionals access to private market opportunities that are typically reserved for institutional investors. The platform offers curated deals across real estate, private equity, venture capital and private credit, with minimum investment tickets starting at around $5,000. It also includes Sharia-compliant opportunities and aims to simplify deal discovery, due diligence and execution through a single digital interface.
The company said the new capital will be used to grow its client base, introduce additional platform features and strengthen its footprint in Saudi Arabia, while continuing its regional expansion. Vennre positions itself as a gateway for professionals who fall between retail and institutional investors, a segment it sees as underserved despite rising demand for alternative assets.
