Vision Hospitality Acquires Bla Bla Dubai to Expand Leisure Portfolio
Vision Hospitality will acquire Bla Bla Dubai at Jumeirah Beach Residence, with the venue set to operate as Bla Bla by McGettigan’s.
Vision Hospitality has agreed to acquire Bla Bla Dubai for an undisclosed sum as it expands its entertainment portfolio in the United Arab Emirates.
Located along the shoreline of Jumeirah Beach Residence, Bla Bla Dubai combines multiple hospitality concepts within one site, including a beach club, restaurant, karaoke bar, rooftop bars and a nightclub.
Following completion of the transaction, the venue will operate under the name Bla Bla by McGettigan’s, linking the property to Vision Hospitality’s wider portfolio.
Vision Hospitality stated that the venue will continue to receive investment through strategic partnerships, curated programming and operational upgrades as part of its next phase of development.
The acquisition adds Bla Bla Dubai to Vision Hospitality’s portfolio, which includes the global network of McGettigan’s venues as well as concepts such as Goose & Gander and Coffee Box.
