Amazon Now Launches 15-Minute Delivery Across the UAE

Amazon has switched on its fastest UAE service to date with Amazon Now, promising everyday essentials to doorsteps in 15 minutes, powered by micro fulfilment centres embedded in neighbourhoods and available 24/7 across most major areas in the country. “We are continuing to take convenience to the next level with Amazon Now, our fastest delivery service yet in the UAE,” said Ronaldo Mouchawar, Vice President of Amazon Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. “Every innovation at Amazon starts with our customers, and Amazon Now is designed for their pace of life here, bringing everyday essentials to customers in minutes — with customers across some locations receiving deliveries as fast as six minutes. Whether it’s a phone charger, last-minute groceries, or baby products, we’ve got them covered.” Alongside the ultra-fast option, the company has introduced a 2-hour Delivery service for thousands of products in over 30 categories on their website, with eligible items marked “Get it Today” and a lightning icon. Amazon Now is available to all customers, while Prime members get free shipping on Amazon Now orders above AED 25 (AED 6 fee below), and free shipping on 2-hour Delivery orders above AED 100 (AED 3 fee below). Coverage spans major neighbourhoods including Dubai Marina, JBR, Business Bay, Abu Dhabi Central, and Al Ain, with further expansion planned; customers can access Amazon Now via the Amazon app’s navigation bar or through the official Amazon website.
