UAE-based Arabic.AI has partnered with HeyBreez to deploy Arabic voice AI systems across enterprise and government use cases, targeting large-scale operations in a market of more than 400 million Arabic speakers.

The collaboration combines Arabic.AI’s language capabilities, covering Modern Standard Arabic and regional dialects including Gulf, Levantine, Egyptian and Maghrebi, with HeyBreez’s low-latency infrastructure designed for real-time voice applications. The integrated system supports streaming, turn detection, multi-agent orchestration and full telephony integration.

The companies said the platform enables organisations to build and operate voice systems at production scale without extensive engineering requirements. The Arabic.AI Voice Agentic Platform, powered by HeyBreez, is positioned for use across contact centres, kiosks and digital channels.

Early deployments are already underway in sectors including financial services, healthcare and government, with organisations running inbound and outbound call operations in Arabic at production load. The system also supports natural switching between Arabic and English within the same interaction.

The partnership targets longstanding limitations in English-first AI systems, which have struggled to accommodate the linguistic diversity of Arabic across dialects and regional contexts.

“Arabic is not a translation problem. It is a living language spoken by 400 million people across dozens of dialects, each carrying its own identity and context,” said Nour Al Hassan, CEO and founder of Arabic.AI. “Partnering with HeyBreez means that intelligence now runs at real operational scale.”

The roadmap includes expansion across additional sectors and geographies through 2026, alongside further development of dialect coverage, deployment options and system capabilities.
