Dubai PropTech Hub & Innovo Partner on Construction Technology
The partnership will give startups access to live construction projects to test AI, robotics, digital twins and other technologies.
Dubai PropTech Hub and UK-headquartered construction and engineering company Innovo Group have signed a strategic partnership to test and scale new construction technologies across live projects in the UAE.
Under the agreement, Innovo will combine its engineering expertise and active construction sites with the Hub’s startup network, giving technology companies opportunities to trial solutions in real-world environments rather than stopping at pilot concepts.
Areas of focus include artificial intelligence, robotics, digital twins, automation, sustainable materials and new construction methodologies. Innovo will also work with startups participating in the Hub’s Global Landing Pad programme, around half of which are focused on pre-construction and construction.
The partnership is intended to help promising PropTech companies move more quickly from testing into commercial adoption, while exploring ways to improve project costs, delivery times and operational efficiency.
“By providing start-ups with access to real projects, this collaboration accelerates commercial adoption and delivers tangible value for the industry,” said Arif Amiri, CEO of DIFC Authority.
Launched in 2025 as part of DIFC Innovation Hub, Dubai PropTech Hub aims to support more than 200 PropTech startups and attract over $300 million in investment by 2030. DIFC’s 2025 annual report also identifies the Hub as part of its broader push into real-estate technology and innovation.
