Humanoid & Service Robot Showroom Opens on Sheikh Zayed Road
YS Lootah Robotics has opened a Dubai showroom where organisations can test humanoid, cleaning and service robots.
YS Lootah Robotics has opened a dedicated showroom for humanoid and service robots on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, with live demonstrations ranging from coffee-making systems to cleaning machines and interactive humanoid assistants.
The showroom opened on Friday, November 6th, at Al Kawakeb Building, Building D, and is intended to give government entities and private companies a space to test and assess robotic technologies for practical use. Planned applications include hospitality, hospitals, airports, shopping malls, residential buildings, public facilities, cleaning and maintenance.
Founder and Chairman Yousif Saeed Lootah said the opening is intended as the first stage of a broader robotics programme covering training, skills development, knowledge transfer and eventually local assembly and manufacturing. The company said Emirati engineers will be prioritised as it develops partnerships with international robotics manufacturers.
The company also plans to work with academic and training institutions to develop expertise in robotics engineering, programming and artificial intelligence.
The launch aligns with the Dubai Robotics and Automation Program, introduced in 2022 with a target of deploying 200,000 robots over 10 years to raise productivity and efficiency across economic and service sectors.
