Inception42 & NXT Holding Partner on Enterprise AI in the UAE
The agreement covers AI consulting, training, enterprise solutions and joint business development across the UAE and beyond.
Inception42, an Abu Dhabi-based developer of artificial intelligence products and enterprise solutions, has signed a memorandum of understanding with NXT Holding, an AI-focused holding company owned by Sahm Holding, to collaborate on expanding enterprise AI services in the UAE and international markets.
The agreement establishes cooperation across five areas: AI consulting, training and upskilling, enterprise AI solutions, product distribution and joint business development.
According to the companies, the partnership combines Inception42's enterprise AI technologies with NXT Holding's network of operating companies to support the delivery of AI projects for government entities and businesses. The collaboration is intended to cover the full implementation process, from strategic planning and advisory services to deployment and operational integration.
The companies said the partnership will focus on helping organisations adopt AI technologies while expanding access to enterprise AI products, workforce training and implementation services. They added that the agreement is intended to support AI adoption in the UAE while also targeting opportunities in regional and international markets.
