MoneyHash Integrates Tap Payments to Expand MENA Checkout Options
The integration adds wider local payment method coverage for merchants operating across Middle East and North Africa markets.
MoneyHash has announced a partnership and technical integration with Tap Payments, expanding the range of local payment methods available to merchants operating across the Middle East and North Africa.
Through the integration, Tap’s payment gateway is added to MoneyHash’s orchestration layer, which sits between merchants and payment providers to manage transaction routing, monitoring, and optimisation across markets. The companies said the move is intended to help businesses adapt checkout experiences to local customer preferences while maintaining consistent performance and operational oversight.
Tap Payments operates across nine MENA markets and offers access to multiple online payment methods through a single integration, with payout services available in supported jurisdictions subject to local licensing. Its infrastructure supports multi-currency transactions, settlement consistency, and operational visibility across different commerce models.
Under the partnership, merchants using MoneyHash can extend payment method coverage via Tap while continuing to manage routing logic and performance through MoneyHash’s orchestration layer, without introducing additional operational complexity.
