Presight Partners With Cloud Firm NodeShift to Scale Sovereign AI
UAE-based Presight has partnered with NodeShift and backed it through a $100 million AI fund.
Presight, a UAE-based AI company, has entered into a strategic partnership with NodeShift to expand the adoption of sovereign artificial intelligence solutions across international markets.
The collaboration combines joint go-to-market efforts with investment support, with NodeShift also securing backing from the Presight–Shorooq Fund I, a global AI innovation fund targeting $100 million in investments.
NodeShift emerged from Presight’s AI Accelerator Program, where it underwent a six-month evaluation covering technology readiness, data sovereignty, regulatory compliance, enterprise scalability and market fit.
Following the programme, Presight confirmed that its venture arm made a significant investment in the company, aligning funding with commercial deployment.
Since joining the accelerator, NodeShift has engaged prospective clients across multiple sectors and is currently delivering a proof of concept with the Central Bank of the UAE, alongside discussions with additional enterprise and government clients.
NodeShift’s platform focuses on sovereign generative AI, allowing organisations to deploy and manage AI models through a single governed interface. The system is designed for secure environments, including on-premises and air-gapped deployments, ensuring that sensitive data remains within organisational control.
The platform integrates policy enforcement, security guardrails and enterprise systems, while offering tools such as AI assistants, document intelligence and collaboration features in Arabic and English.
Through the partnership, Presight will contribute commercialisation capabilities, access to enterprise and government networks, and applied AI expertise, with both companies aiming to develop solutions that meet data sovereignty, privacy and regulatory requirements across sectors.
