Raya Nexus is the New AI Company Engineered for MENA Businesses
Raya Holding's newest portfolio company provides AI solutions for businesses across Egypt and the GCC, starting with financial services.
AI is moving from the experimental stage into the everyday mechanics of business, influencing everything from credit decisions and customer service to how companies manage large volumes of data and interactions. In the MENA region, that shift comes with its own set of requirements, particularly around language, infrastructure, security and the way customers interact with businesses.
Raya Holding is responding with Raya Nexus, a new company in its investment portfolio dedicated to enterprise AI. Built on Raya’s existing experience across technology, financial services, fintech, outsourcing and customer experience, Raya Nexus is focused on developing AI solutions for businesses across Egypt and the GCC, starting with financial services.

That starting point is deliberate. Raya has spent years operating across the financial services ecosystem, giving the new company an existing understanding of the customer lifecycle and the operational challenges that come with it. Raya Nexus is applying that knowledge to areas including AI-powered credit decisioning, collection optimisation, customer value management, and customer engagement across voice and digital channels.
Together, these applications cover some of the points where financial institutions make high-stakes decisions and manage large volumes of customer interactions. The ambition isn't simply to add AI to these processes, but to use it where it can become part of how businesses make decisions, manage relationships and operate at scale.

The regional context is equally central to the company’s proposition. Raya Nexus is developing solutions for Arabic-speaking markets, including voice experiences in Arabic, and Gulf dialects. That means accounting for the linguistic and cultural nuances of the customers using these systems, alongside the security and operational requirements of the businesses deploying them.
There is, however, another consideration when AI moves from a demo into an actual enterprise: the technology has to work with what is already there.

The company's solutions are designed to adapt and integrate with existing tech infrastructure, with flexible deployment options that take data, security and governance requirements into account. For businesses with established systems and processes, that makes the question less about replacing what exists and more about where AI can be introduced within it.
The company made its regional debut in Riyadh alongside Money20/20 Middle East 2026, as it began introducing its proposition to the wider financial technology ecosystem, representing a new investment in enterprise AI built on capabilities that Raya Holding has developed across six industries for over 25 years.

For the company, the focus is more intentional, more focused: developing AI around the realities of the markets it knows, the infrastructure businesses already use and the customers they are already serving.
