Saudi SMEs to Receive 650 Free Online Stores From E-Commerce Council
Eligible businesses will receive access to WebSite X5 Pro, a user-friendly e-commerce platform from Incomedia, enabling them to create and manage digital storefronts without coding skills.

Saudi Arabia’s E-Commerce Council, in collaboration with Italian tech company Incomedia, is launching a programme to provide 650 free online stores to micro and small businesses, marking a move to bolster digital adoption among smaller enterprises in the Kingdom.
Under the initiative, eligible businesses - defined as those registered in Saudi Arabia, holding valid commercial registration, classified as micro or small enterprises, and without existing online stores - will receive access to WebSite X5 Pro, a user-friendly e-commerce platform from Incomedia, enabling them to create and manage digital storefronts without coding skills.
The initiative aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, emphasising economic diversification and digital transformation, and aims to lower barriers for small business owners seeking to expand their reach in the growing digital economy.
Businesses interested in applying can check eligibility criteria via the E-Commerce Council’s official channels.
