Saudi Workspace Platform COLABS Opens Riyadh Campus
The workspace platform has launched a 4,000 sqm campus in Riyadh targeting startups and SMEs.
COLABS has launched a new workspace campus in Riyadh, marking its entry into Saudi Arabia as demand grows for flexible office environments among startups and small and medium-sized businesses.
The new site, located in Al-Narjis in northern Riyadh, spans 4,000 square metres and is designed to accommodate more than 500 members, including early-stage startups, scaleups and enterprise teams.
The company has raised over $8 million to date from regional investors, including Shorooq Partners, Waseel Partners, Zayn VC, Indus Valley Capital and Fatima Gobi Ventures, to support its expansion across the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan.
The Riyadh campus combines physical workspace with curated programmes, events and community initiatives aimed at supporting business development and collaboration.
COLABS currently operates more than 500,000 square feet of workspace across over 10 locations, serving more than 5,000 members and 300 companies.
