The RiseUp PropTech Summit takes place at Cairo Business Park on November 7th, convening leading voices in real estate, construction, and smart city innovation under one roof.
As MENA’s first PropTech Innovation Hub and Egypt’s first PropTech Summit, the event is expected to draw 3,000–5,000 attendees, featuring 60 speakers, 50 startups, 10+ masterclasses, and 20+ partners.
Held in partnership with Misr Italia Properties (Founding Partner) and Cairo Business Park (Innovation Hub Partner - East Cairo’s hub for entrepreneurship, arts, and innovation), the one-day summit explores how AI, data, and emerging technologies are reshaping the way cities are built, lived in, and invested in. The programme features expert panels, practical discussions, and forward-looking insights on the future of urban development.
The summit runs from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with tickets starting at EGP 250 (Student), EGP 500 (Regular), and EGP 375 (Group Ticket - Buy 4 for the price of 3).
