Stuck at home with only the half-capacity work-from-home trudge to pass the time? Between Netflix binges and bodyweight workouts (hopefully), now’s the time to action that little nugget of an idea you’ve always had, but never knew where to start.

RiseUp - the Cairo-based organisers of the region’s biggest annual gathering of entrepreneurs - are taking their expertise online, launching a new Entrepreneurship 101 Series.

Every Saturday, Monday and Wednesday at 7PM, starting today - March 18th - you can tune in to Rise Up’s Facebook Live and learn from some of the most influential and impactful figures on the scene. First up is Mohamed Aboulnaga Nagaty, ecosystem leader and one of the founders of Halan, the transport tech startup targeting underserved communities via their tuk-tuk and motorcycle hailing app.

Nagaty will be sharing his own entrepreneurial journey - and what he wishes he’d known right from the start - as well as evaluation, sustainability and how to take your simple idea right to the top.

Tune in today, March 18th, at 7 PM for the first in the series.
