Egypt's Neighborhood Network iCommunity Rebrands to 'LYVE'
iCommunity is now "LYVE."
Egyptian real estate community enabler, that was previously known as iCommunity, went through a full revamp and rebranded to LYVE.
LYVE is an all-in-one single simplified platform that aims to connect compound residents with third parties so that the latter can advertise their products and services to the LYVE’s users directly. This, in turn, transforms customer engagement and helps in catering to the premium clients’ needs.
“LYVE comes with a strong focus on residents; we opened up the application for third parties to offer their products and services to our users directly via LYVE,” says LYVE’s CEO Karim Akram.
Dubbed Egypt’s first mobile community platform; LYVE connects residents, real estate developers, and facility management in a single, unified, extensible solution. It is aimed at improving gate control, service levels, communications and optimising day-to-day operations all within a secure environment.
Supported by Algebra Ventures, that pumped $600,000 in a seed round earlier in 2018, LYVE extends its footprint to over 50 compounds with about 40,000 units. Clients under the startup’s belt include Palm Hills, La Vista, Rooya, MNHD, and Katameya.
