Egyptian Real Estate Search Engine Aqarmap Launches ‘Matcher Service’
With a database of 7.9 million real estate-oriented clients compiled over 10 years, it becomes the largest client database in the market.
Cairo-based real estate search engine Aqarmap has launched Aqarmap Matcher, a service that aims to improve interactions between buyers and sellers and target lost marketing opportunities in supply and demand.
The service will include a database of 7.9 million real estate-oriented clients, making it the largest client database in the real estate market, and one that has been compiled over 10 years.
Aqarmap Matcher sets its focus on targeting the correspondence between supply and demand, notifying buyers of the availability of real estate properties that pertain to their interests based on their own search descriptions. Ultimately, it aims to directly address the lost marketing opportunities in the gap between supply and demand for both buyers and sellers.
Ahmed Abd El-Fattah, Business Development Manager at Aqarmap, added that the company’s Matcher service targets registered clients on the platform, whether they are past or recent visitors. It delivers new advertisements to potential buyers who are searching for a property with matching descriptions.
