MQR, Egypt’s fastest-growing operator of flexible workspaces, has partnered with Nile City Investments to launch a new premium office space in Cairo’s Nile City Towers, a commercial destination along the Nile Corniche.

The new location—set to open in June 2025—will offer 32 private offices, three fully equipped meeting rooms, two shared spaces, and a suite of business services tailored to the needs of modern enterprises.

"We are thrilled to bring MQR’s turnkey office solutions to Nile City Towers, a prime location that aligns perfectly with our vision for high-quality, community-driven work environments," said Muhammad Nagi, CEO of WRK+, which includes both MQR and Downtown Cairo’s The GrEEK Campus. "This new space is designed to meet the needs of businesses looking for both prestige and practicality, and we are confident that our presence here will empower enterprises and entrepreneurs alike."

Nile City Towers already hosts a range of multinational corporations, luxury hotels, and fine dining restaurants, all with panoramic views of the Nile.

“At Nile City Towers, we’ve always aimed to host the kind of businesses that shape industries and move things forward,” Mohammed Selim, Managing Director of Nile City Investments, shares with StartupSceneME. “Welcoming MQR to our community isn’t just about leasing space—it’s about creating the right energy. Their approach to building dynamic, people-first work environments perfectly complements the atmosphere we’ve cultivated here.”

The partnership was formalized during an official contract signing attended by senior representatives from both sides. From Nile City Investments: Managing Director Mohammed Selim, Financial Director Mohsen Maher and Sales & Marketing Director Afaf Abaza. Representing WRK+ were Muhammad Nagi (CEO), Sherif Ashraf (COO), Khalid ElBeleidy (Commercial Director), Walid Kamel (Head of Expansion), and Nayra ElBerry (Head of Partnerships and Community).

Marakez approved with one concern: the paragraph does not convey that Muhammad Nagi and Mohammed Selim are included with the rest.
