Riyadh-Based Real Estate Platform AtarCloud Raises $1.3M in Seed Round
The platform offers property owners and real estate developers tools to streamline their property management tasks.
Riyadh-based proptech platform AtarCloud raised $1.3 million in a seed investment round with BIM Ventures and angel and institutional investors from the Investors' Mine Group.
Founded by Haseeb Mohammad and co-built with BIM Ventures in 2021, AtarCloud aims to digitally convert properties into connected, liveable communities through a strong emphasis on the end-user experience.

The platform is aimed at property owners and real estate developers, offering them tools to streamline their property management tasks. These tools include fundamentals, like digital onboarding, service ticket management, and payments, as well as a variety of fun features, like sending announcements, planning events, and giving residents special discounts.
