REACH Middle East Opens Applications For Second Dubai Proptech Cohort
REACH Middle East’s second proptech accelerator in Dubai runs Nov. 2026 to August 2027, offering funding, mentorship and investor access as the region’s development pipeline reaches an estimated $1.3T
Proptech founders in Dubai have a fresh route to market: REACH Middle East, a Dubai-based accelerator, has opened applications for the second edition of its proptech programme. The cohort targets early-stage companies building technology for the property sector, with funding, mentorship, industry connections and investor access on offer. Applications are open until August 30th, 2026, with the programme scheduled to run from November 2026 to August 2027.
REACH Middle East says selected startups will receive mentorship from entrepreneurs and sector experts, access to regional and international business networks, and exposure to investor communities. The initiative follows the accelerator’s inaugural cohort, where participating startups launched new products, secured investment rounds, and expanded their customer bases. “Now, we are looking for the next wave of proptech talent – the businesses that meet the needs of the market and provide solutions that support real estate to thrive,” Siddiq Farid, Managing Director of REACH Middle East, said in a statement.

The programme is endorsed by the Dubai Land Department and managed by Second Century Ventures, the global real estate technology investment firm behind the REACH platform. Dubai Technology Entrepreneurship Campus (Dtec) will again provide workspace and startup support, while the Dubai Future District Fund is backing the initiative. The programme also aligns with the UAE Digital Economy Strategy, the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), and the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033. It comes as the region’s development pipeline reaches an estimated $1.3 trillion.
