Saudi Healthtech Metafare Raises $1M Led by Harmonics Ventures
Funding will support personalisation, programme expansion, and regional growth as demand rises for digital wellness tools.
Metafare, a Saudi Arabia-based startup focused on virtual wellness and digital therapeutics, has raised $1 million in a funding round led by Harmonics Ventures, a regional investment firm, alongside a group of family offices.
The company delivers short, structured sessions—typically under 15 minutes—across physical fitness, mental health support, and cognitive behavioural therapy. Its model is designed to reduce reliance on traditional clinical settings by offering services through virtual platforms.
Metafare combines virtual reality with artificial intelligence to tailor sessions to individual users, enabling personalised programmes that can be accessed at home or integrated into workplace wellness systems.
Since launching in mid-2025, the platform has recorded more than 3,000 virtual health sessions, with uptake from both individual users and corporate clients.
The funding will be used to expand personalisation features, grow the platform’s content library, and strengthen its presence in Saudi Arabia, with gradual expansion planned across the Gulf.
