Saudi RegTech Startup STAMP Raises $2M Pre-Seed Funding
Founded in 2021 by Muyasser Albar and Mohammed Zarei, STAMP specialises in services including licence applications, registrations, company incorporation and post-incorporation compliance.
Riyadh-based RegTech company STAMP has closed a $2 million pre-seed funding round to advance its AI-driven platform aimed at streamlining compliance and corporate-governance workflows for organisations in Saudi Arabia.
Founded in 2021 by Muyasser Albar and Mohammed Zarei, STAMP specialises in services including licence applications, registrations, company incorporation and post-incorporation compliance. The new capital will enable the company to accelerate development of its unified dashboard which integrates government registration systems, HR workflows and compliance tasks.
As companies contend with evolving regulatory environments across the region, STAMP’s platform seeks to increase efficiency and transparency by centralising previously fragmented processes. The start-up plans to enhance its AI capabilities to monitor obligations and support larger enterprises scaling across multiple jurisdictions.
The round reflects growing investor interest in RegTech solutions in the Kingdom, as demand rises for tools that reduce regulatory burdens and automate governance.
