Silicon Valley’s Plug and Play Invests in UAE-Based Legaltech Clara

The legal operating system, Clara, enables tech founders to digitally form, run and develop their ventures.

Silicon Valley's leading global innovation platform, Plug and Play, has announced a new partnership and investment in UAE-based legaltech startup, Clara. The legal operating system enables tech founders to digitally form, run, and develop their ventures.

Clara allows startups to focus on growing their businesses while simplifying legal matters. The company's category-creating legal operating system digitises and automates legal tasks for founders, such as digital company formations, cap table and data room management, and automated legal document generation (for SAFEs, ESOPs and more).

The new partnership will give Plug and Play access to Clara's product line as well as bespoke instructional support that Clara and Plug and Play will co-create.
