UAE-based web3 gaming developer iBLOXX Studios has raised $5.4 million in funding to expand its portfolio of blockchain-enabled multiplayer titles, with investors undisclosed.

Founded in 2021, the studio builds multiplayer games that integrate blockchain infrastructure, enabling in-game asset ownership and digital economies within competitive gaming environments.

Among its flagship titles is ‘StrayShot’, a mobile third-person shooter designed around player-versus-player gameplay and tokenised in-game assets. The title incorporates blockchain functionality to allow users to own, trade and manage digital items within the game ecosystem.

The fresh capital is expected to support product development and scaling, as the company focuses on mobile-first multiplayer experiences within the web3 gaming segment.
