ZenHR Raises $6 Million to Expand AI-Powered HR Platform
The Saudi HR tech company will use the funding to strengthen AI capabilities and broaden its workforce management tools across MENA.
Saudi human resources technology platform ZenHR has raised $6 million in a round led by Impact46, a Riyadh-based venture capital firm, to expand its artificial intelligence capabilities and strengthen its HR management platform across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East and North Africa.
ZenHR brings workforce intelligence, regulatory compliance, performance assessment and leave management into a single system. Its tools are designed around employment requirements and workplace practices across Saudi Arabia and other MENA markets, where companies may need to manage different regulatory and administrative processes across jurisdictions.
The new funding will support deeper integration of AI across workforce data analysis, HR workflows, performance evaluation, compliance and leave administration. ZenHR is incorporating the technology across existing HR functions rather than positioning it as a separate product.
The platform’s broader focus is on reducing reliance on disconnected HR systems while centralising employee management, compliance and performance processes.
