Deep Finance Capital Launches as DIFC's First AI-Native Asset Manager
The DFSA-regulated firm will use proprietary AI across investment management for institutional and professional clients.
Deep Finance Capital, a Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA)-regulated asset management and financial services firm, has launched in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) as what it describes as the centre's first AI-native asset management company.
The firm, which emerged from Rasameel Investment House Ltd., provides investment management services to institutional and professional clients across asset classes including real estate, private equity, commodities and special situations.
At the core of its operating model is NEXT, the company's proprietary artificial intelligence framework, developed by its wholly owned technology subsidiary, Deep Finance Analytics. The platform is designed to support the investment process from origination and due diligence through to risk assessment and portfolio monitoring.
According to the company, Deep Finance Capital also operates under an institutional governance framework covering compliance, risk management, governance and operations.
The firm said it selected the DIFC as its headquarters to support its AI-focused investment strategy while leveraging Dubai's financial ecosystem. Alongside its UAE base, Deep Finance Capital also draws on a European network spanning institutional capital, deal sourcing and regulatory expertise.
