Dubai Media Recruits Comcast Tech Solutions to Power its New Streaming
The partnership will see Comcast’s Media360 platform utilised for a wide operational scope of Dubai Media's new streaming service.
Dubai Media has selected Comcast Technology Solutions to handle its full streaming platform. This includes delivery of video content for Dubai TV, Dubai Sports, and other channels, and the rollout is expected to reach viewers later this year.
The platform Comcast offers, known as Media360, handles everything from content acquisition and transformation to over-the-top streaming and monetisation. It’s a managed service that covers ingest, playout and user experience. The goal is to simplify video operations behind the scenes.
