Dubai-based Food-Tech Startup LUNCH:ON Ranks on Crunchbase’s 50 Top Global Hot Tech List
Ranking at the 50th spot, LUNCH:ON is the only startup from the region to be recognized by Crunchbase.
International business intelligence platform Crunchbase announces its annual survey of the 50 hottest tech companies of the world, ranking LUNCH:ON at the 50th spot, making it the only company from the MENA region to receive this recognition. LUNCH:ON is an online platform that offers delivery services to corporations and their employees by partnering up with local restaurants to offer a curated menu at discounted prices with free delivery.
“This news is testament to the strength of our business model and technology, which enables thousands of meals to be delivered to corporate locations across multiple cities. As we head into 2020, we will continue to build on our technology to improve operational efficiencies and scale into more markets,” says Awn Ali one of the co-founders of LUNCH:ON.
Crunchbase curates its own extensive database on investment activity, funding, company performance and industry trends. Each company on the list has secured between $5 million and $25 million within the last six months.
