HUMAIN Begins Early IPO Preparation for Saudi & Nasdaq Listings
The PIF-owned AI company is recruiting strategy and finance specialists to build the investor case for a potential dual listing.
Saudi AI company HUMAIN has begun early internal preparations for a potential initial public offering, moving its previously stated dual-listing ambitions in Saudi Arabia and on Nasdaq into a more operational phase.
CEO Tareq Amin has started recruiting a specialised team with backgrounds in management consulting, corporate strategy and finance, including experience in investor-facing strategy and IPO preparation.
The roles are focused on turning HUMAIN’s multi-division business into a clear public-markets investment case, building investor materials to global standards and defining how the company’s economics and performance will be presented to prospective shareholders.
Launched by the Public Investment Fund in May 2025, HUMAIN operates across data centres, chips, cloud infrastructure, AI models and applications. Its partnerships include work with AWS on AI infrastructure, HUMAIN Fabric through AWS Marketplace and access to its ALLAM model via Amazon Bedrock.
Amin first outlined a possible three-to-four-year path towards dual listings in October 2025. The current recruitment drive does not confirm that either listing will proceed, but it points to preparatory work around governance, financial reporting, performance indicators and investor positioning.
