Riyadh's Money20/20 Middle East saw a record attendance of over 38,500, making it the largest fintech event in the region. Over three days from September 15th to 17th, more than 450 international fintech brands participated, accompanied by over 1,050 investors. The event facilitated over 2,000 pre-scheduled meetings between investors and startups and featured significant product and platform announcements.
Saudi Arabia now supports more than 280 active fintech firms, and its capital market is valued at $640 billion. Global brands like Google and Alipay made their market debuts locally, Visa introduced new acceptance capabilities, and other institutions revealed plans for private asset trading.

The theme, 'Where Money Does Business', supported sessions that covered regulation, AI-driven innovation, payments, stablecoins and infrastructure. Organisers noted that turnout and deal activity reflect rising international confidence in Saudi Arabia’s fintech strategy.
