Telecom Egypt Launches WE Access to Back SMEs’ Digital Transformation
WE Access provides valuable services in helping SMEs better understand user-behaviour and trends.
In its mission to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Telecom Egypt (TE) has announced the launch of the ‘WE Access’ service to aid businesses in developing and enhancing their digital transformation operations.
In addition to providing data analysis services that can facilitate better marketing and development, TE will be helping companies connect offices and branch sites while maintaining utmost standards of control and data security through WE Access.
The service is also set to provide comprehensive technical solutions for SMEs, alongside a smart private wireless network for employee use, and a public one for visitors. The service also aims to provide budding companies with the ability to manage over 250 people on each hotspot, as well as the potential to save thousands of contact points. Thereupon, WE Access will produce detailed reports that allow for heightened operational efficiency and decision-making based on the data provided to the company, giving SMEs a resource to better understand customer and user-behavioural trends.
WE Access is supported by a next generation Cisco-Meraki firewall, maintaining high standards of productivity and compliance with business and regulatory requirements. The TE partnership also facilitates the San Francisco-based IT company’s expansion into new global markets.
