7 Must-See Events Across the Middle East this November

Dubai and the Red Sea coast are hotspots for all things entrepreneurial this fall, from the massive World Youth Forum in Sharm El Sheikh, to the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival in the UAE. Here's 7 sizzling events to keep an eye on this month.

Just before the end of the year, in parallel to the world's trailblazing Web Summit in Portugal and Slush in Finland, the Middle East's startup crowd is setting the scene for an eventful month. After Dubai's Gitex Tech Week and FinTech Abu Dhabi took the UAE scene by storm, the MENA region is prepping for a flurry of conferences, workshops and summits - from hands-on Startup Weekend to global conferences like the World Youth Forum. From Hurghada, to Sharjah, to Riyadh, here's 7 must-see events this month. 

1. World Youth Forum - Sharm El Sheikh, November 4th to 10th

A platform bringing together youth from around the world with decision makers under the theme #WeNeedtoTalk, the forum is taking off in the coastal city of Sharm el Sheikh as an opportunity for young changemakers to engage with top policy-makers in the region and network with promising youth. The forum is also a chance to explore Egypt with its rich culture, heritage and history, stretching for an entire week of collaboration, inspiration and conversations around four pillars: Youth global issues; sustainable development; technology and entrepreneurship; civilizations and culture; creating future leaders; and the model united nations. 

2. The Marketers League - Cairo, November 6th to 7th

The first organisation in the Middle East gathering the marketers as a solid start for an integral constructive league. 3. Misk Global Forum - Riyadh, November 15th to 16th

Misk Global Forum is the flagship global platform of the Misk Foundation, a non-profit philanthropic foundation established by Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman to discover, develop and empower Saudi youth to become active participants in the knowledge economy. The summit, titled "Meeting the challenge of change" aims to unleash the potential of the country’s youth and advance the Saudi National Transformation Program and the Vision 2030. 4. Egypt Entrepreneurship Summit - Hurghada, November 15th to 18th

Under the Patronage of H.E. Sahr Nasr, the mister of International Cooperation, the entrepreneurship summit will be launched in Hurghada and it's considered the Single Best Meeting Place for Entrepreneurs, Businesses, Researchers, Educators, and Policy Makers to Meet for the Development of Egypt.
