Accenture Opens AI-Focused Innovation Centre in Riyadh’s KAFD
The Connected Innovation Center is designed to help organisations move AI projects from pilot to production.
Accenture, a multinational professional services company specialising in strategy, consulting, digital transformation, technology and operations, has launched a Connected Innovation Center at its Saudi regional headquarters in King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh.
The centre is designed to help organisations transition artificial intelligence initiatives from pilot stages into full-scale operational deployment. It forms part of Accenture’s global innovation network and provides hands-on access to emerging technologies and sector-specific digital solutions.
The facility is positioned to support cloud and AI implementation aligned with Vision 2030. Through collaborations with Microsoft, Google Cloud and Oracle, the centre will assist entities in migrating mission-critical systems and securely scaling cloud and AI environments within the Kingdom. The General Organization for Social Insurance has used the centre to accelerate production-level deployment under its Advanced AI agenda.
Workforce development is integrated through Accenture LearnVantage, a $1 billion AI-focused learning and upskilling programme covering strategy, customised training, managed services and certification pathways. Planned collaborations with SAP and Amazon Web Services aim to deliver end-to-end training programmes for local professionals in AI and cloud technologies.
Accenture stated that its Saudi workforce has expanded by approximately 60% over the past two years, reflecting growth in demand for digital transformation and AI implementation across the Kingdom.
