Brinc MENA, the region’s leading Internet of Things (IoT) and Connected Hardware accelerator programme announces the launch of the fourth cohort with applications now open. The immersive three-month programme offers a customised curriculum, online and on-site technical training, and access to a global tech network. Selected startups can begin their training online and in the IoT hub in Manama, Bahrain.

The Brinc MENA Accelerator is open to global IoT early-stage startups that are looking to get exposed to expertise in the startup ecosystem, from legal to human resource management, product creation and prototyping, to digital marketing.  Additionally, the programme offers an international startup perks package and ongoing support to help prospective startups streamline their technologies, market strategies and business models.

Brinc MENA’s portfolio includes several innovative, tech-based companies such as Honey Flow Africa, a digital beekeeping platform for farmers; Rabt, a connected hardware and software application startup that offers products such as Hajj Gear and Hajj Belt, a mobile and web-based companion app that easies the process of Muslim annual pilgrimage into Mecca.

Brinc’s HQ office lies in Hong Kong, with regional offices in India, China and Poland. Brinc works together with local partners in the field such as Batelco, Tamkeen, and the Economic Development Board to build a stable foundation of the ever-expanding startup ecosystem in Bahrain and the MENA region.
