Calling on Food Startups: The MENA's First Food Accelerator, Savour, is Taking to The Greek Campus 

The accelerator, which has already supported leading food tech startups like Bulkwhiz and ReserveOut, is scouting Egypt's top entrepreneurs in F&B, agriculture, retail and food tech.

Savour, the MENA region's first food vertical accelerator, is scouting for the most innovative, audacious food startups in Egypt, as part of their tour across the region. The tour, which includes events in Oman, Bahrain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, is hitting Cairo's The Greek Campus on Sunday April 29th, to meet with food industry startups to bring their world-class accelerator programme, as well as sparking discussions around the food industry and the entrepreneurial journey.

The event, which will kick off at 6 PM, will be hosted by Savour's Managing Partner Mona AlMukhaizeem, who will explain the Savour Fall 2018 accelerator programme and discuss entrepreneurship Dos and Dont's, F&B trends, the Savour programme and application details, concluding with a at Q&A session for attendees and networking. 

The programme, which has already invested in food powerhouses including Bulwhiz and ReserveOut, is inviting startups in the fields of Agriculture, Retail, Food Distribution, Consumer Product goods, Food & beverage and Food Technology, while scouting for community leaders in the food industry, potential mentors and SME related organizations to build connections, spark future collaborations, and boost the food startup ecosystem. 

The Savour programme offers early stage companies from across the food supply chain up to $50,000 in capital, access and workshops with mentors, including food industry thought and business leaders, co-working space with likeminded food entrepreneurs, a network of world class network of leading food companies, investors and press, as well as powerful alumni network of over 80 Creative Startups' startup founders.
