Bringing you industry experts from all across the world, the MENASA region’s biggest entrepreneurial event GITEX Future Stars kickstarts a series of webinars dedicated to the challenges and hurdles facing tech startups amid the coronavirus crisis.

The series means to start a dialogue across the ecosystem on how the tech industry has been impacted, the way forward for entrepreneurs and how the world as a whole is safeguarding the survival of startups during this pandemic.

Speakers include tech veterans and officials such as Thomas Jarzombek, Commissioner for the Digital Industry and Startups in Germany, Kat Borlongan, Director of La French Tech, a task force backed by the French government to support startups impacted by COVID-19,  Tariq Bin Hendi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Investment Office and Martin Pichinson, Co-President of Sherwood Partners, one of Silicon Valley’s top startup restructuring firms.

The first webinar kicked off today, titled ‘How Do We Safeguard The Heartbeat Of Innovation In Our New Reality?’ and in case you missed it, the recording will be uploaded soon to GITEX’s social media. To stay tuned for future webinars, head to GITEX Future Stars’ website.
