SOCIAL MEDIA DAY TAKES OFF ON ITS 7TH YEAR IN EGYPT

Taking place between 28th and 31st of March at El-Gouna's G-Space, Social Media Day (SMD) will be running by the theme of stories.
"The reason behind choosing the theme 'stories,' is that stories is controlling our lives, it’s the most inspiring thing that keep us motivated.." Naglaa Saad, SMD's head of content, tells Startup Scene. "From the stories we used to hear or read when we were kids, till the success stories we read and watch on social media platforms. Now it’s one of the most entertaining features on social media channels."
This year they are bringing together all like-minded individuals to simulate agencies, by working in teams to create digital campaigns with the help of real clients. The teams will be facilitated and supervised by mentors and experts in the industry, in addition to networking with teams and agencies through three days of professional and personal skill-sharing experience.
