India-based AI platform UnifyApps has completed a $20 million Series A funding round led by ICONIQ Growth, with participation from Elevation Capital, bringing its total funding to $31 million. The funding will help drive UnifyApps' mission of expanding AI integration, particularly in the Middle East, with Dubai set to become a regional hub.
UnifyApps specializes in AI-driven enterprise solutions, offering an AI platform tailored for scalability and complexity to help organizations streamline operations across departments. The company’s Unified Enterprise AI Agent platform connects and automates data from various SaaS applications, effectively addressing data silos and fragmented workflows within organizations. By enabling centralized data management, workflow automation, and data pipeline development, the platform eliminates the need for coding, allowing organizations to easily deploy customized AI agents for functions across departments such as IT, HR, and sales.
This funding round includes the appointment of ICONIQ Growth General Partner Matt Jacobson to UnifyApps' board, marking a leadership expansion aimed at supporting UnifyApps’ global growth.
To support its expansion, UnifyApps has also appointed Haitham ElKhatib, previously a Senior Vice President at Sprinklr, as Chief Revenue Officer. ElKhatib brings significant expertise in scaling enterprise software, aligning with UnifyApps' strategic goals.
