Rabeh Raises $8.5 Million to Build Saudi Investment Platform
The fintech is developing an AI-powered platform connecting founders and investors, with financing, tokenisation and trading tools planned.
Saudi Arabia-based fintech Rabeh has raised $8.5 million from a group of angel investors to develop a digital platform connecting entrepreneurs with investors and expanding access to financing and investment opportunities.
The company did not disclose the stage of the round or the identities of participating investors. Rabeh is building its platform around artificial intelligence-driven matching and discovery, with the aim of helping founders identify relevant sources of capital while allowing investors to find opportunities aligned with their strategies and risk preferences.
Alongside founder-investor matching, the company plans to introduce financing services, tokenisation tools and technology-supported trading within the same broader financial infrastructure. Rabeh has not yet disclosed which assets or instruments could be tokenised, or provided a launch timetable for those products.
The model is aimed at addressing fragmented fundraising processes and limited visibility for early-stage businesses by bringing deal discovery, financing and transaction tools into a more integrated digital environment.
