Cairo-based venture capital firm A15 has led an investment round in iVoiceUp, an AI-powered ethics, whistleblowing, and compliance case management platform based in Cairo, as the company looks to scale operations across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

Founded to address misconduct risks in modern enterprises, iVoiceUp provides organisations with tools to detect, manage, and analyse ethical and compliance issues before they escalate. The platform covers a wide range of cases, from financial crimes such as corruption and embezzlement to non-financial issues including sexual harassment and discrimination.

“A15 is known for investing in founders who use technology not just to grow markets but to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. iVoiceUp embodies that vision, a platform where ethics, empathy, and innovation meet. They are not only transforming compliance but empowering people to speak up without fear,” said Karim Beshara, Managing Partner at A15.

Designed for enterprises with distributed or multi-branch operations, iVoiceUp enables senior management, private equity firms, and family offices to monitor compliance risks across locations and portfolio companies. The platform currently serves more than one million users across blue-chip organisations in the region.

iVoiceUp is built to be accessible to a wide range of stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, and blue-collar workers, offering anonymous reporting tools such as voice pitch modification, secure two-way communication, and AI-supported case analysis. For management teams, the platform translates reports into actionable insights using automation and regional compliance expertise.

“This investment marks a pivotal step for iVoiceUp. We are building a future where every voice matters and every organization listens. With A15's support, we are poised to scale our impact, ensuring that ethics and transparency become the backbone of modern organisations in the region,” commented Ahmed Genedy, Co-founder and Managing Director at iVoiceUp.

The new funding will be used to deepen market penetration across MENA and to roll out advanced features, including Anonymous Video Interviewing — an AI-powered tool that allows investigators to conduct face-to-face interviews using avatars that mirror real-time facial expressions without revealing identities.
