IT Firm NTT DATA Acquires Cloud Consultancy Zero&One for MENA Growth
The Dubai-headquartered consultancy’s acquisition bolsters NTT DATA’s cloud push as MENA demand grows and Saudi Arabia readies a new AWS Region in 2026.
NTT DATA has acquired Zero&One, an Amazon Web Services Premier Tier Services Partner operating across the Middle East and North Africa. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Dubai, Zero&One will join NTT DATA as the company expands its cloud delivery capabilities across the Middle East and Africa.
The acquisition strengthens NTT DATA’s offering in cloud migration, application modernisation, cloud-native development, data analytics and artificial intelligence. It comes as cloud adoption in the region accelerates, with Saudi Arabia’s cloud services market valued at $4.77 billion last year and projected to more than double by the early 2030s. Growth has also been supported by Amazon Web Services plans to launch a dedicated AWS Region in Saudi Arabia in 2026.
Zero&One brings established AWS credentials to the group, holding nine AWS competencies and having been among the first consultancies in the region to achieve the AWS Generative AI Competency. In 2025, the firm was named AWS MENA Consulting Partner of the Year and also received EMEA-level awards including Rising Star Partner of the Year (Consulting) and Design Partner of the Year.
